Innovation Lab of High School no.3 in Gdynia is: an educational platform in the real world, an educational system,

a community exchanging knowledge and a great help in the process of executing innovative projects.

It is a table around which we gather and from which we start a journey.

It is people, who gather around that table and execute common projects.

It is ethics, ideas, processes and solutions.

It is modelling, conceptions and strategies.

It is trends, cross-sector analysis, management and coordination.

It is the work of Karolina, Radek, Mateusz, Adrian and many more people, thanks to whom we can take a look behind the scenes of our projects.

Even though we aren't interested in Las Vegas casinos, Danny Ocean's way of working is well-known for us.

A stratospheric drone, a flexible endoscope, an intelligent medical kit, equipment for research in extreme conditions,

social projects during the pandemic...

Thanks to the help of extraordinary people, the youth operates in areas where there aren't any new solutions yet and old ones are out-of-date.

This community is formed by students, graduates, teachers, members of the school staff, foundations, universities, agencies, institutions, private companies and friends.

• Na dzień 3. 03. 24 pracujemy w 10 zespołach zadaniowych, do których należy łącznie 70 wolontariuszy (uczniów), 10 maturzystów 8 nauczycieli, 19 absolwentów
• koordynujemy działania 144 osób (członków poszczególnych wspieranych projektów, wolontariuszy projektów autorskich oraz współpracujących ekspertów)
• Nawiązaliśmy współpracę z 29 podmiotami, które, upubliczniając wiedzę, wspierają nie tylko społeczność szkolną. Działamy jak naczynia połączone.
