Dlaczego Pan Stanis\u0142aw? Bo nazwa LEM zosta\u0142a ju\u017c zarezerwowana dla pierwszego polskiego satelity wyniesionego na orbit\u0119. W programie brali udzia\u0142 uczniowie, kt\u00f3rzy we wrze\u015bniu 2013 roku znale\u017ali si\u0119 w klasie pierwszej gimnazjum oraz naukowcy z Centrum Bada\u0144 Kosmicznych. Projekt wspierany by\u0142 technologicznie przez firm\u0119 Microsoft. G\u0142\u00f3wnym za\u0142o\u017ceniem projektu by\u0142o skonstruowanie we wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z naukowcami z Centrum Bada\u0144 Kosmicznych satelity i wyniesienie go w przestrze\u0144 kosmiczn\u0105 w celu analizy problemu usuwania \u015bmieci z orbity. W ci\u0105gu trwania projektu realizowano szereg dzia\u0142a\u0144 maj\u0105cych na celu przygotowanie uczni\u00f3w do spotka\u0144 z naukowcami i wsp\u00f3\u0142uczestniczenia w budowie satelity. Do najwa\u017cniejszych przeprowadzonych dzia\u0142a\u0144 nale\u017c\u0105;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>observing planets and stars using telescopes<\/li>\n<li>taking part in a NASA teleconference concerning the Cassini mission<\/li>\n<li>a visit to the Seismic Institute of Geophysics and the Polish Academy of Sciences<\/li>\n<li>a tour of the portable planetarium in Ksi\u0105\u017c<\/li>\n<li>participation in a NASA competition<\/li>\n<li>participating twice in classes in a planetarium \u00b7 creating a blog about the project: www.panstanislaw.edu.pl<\/li>\n<li>observation of the launch of the Polish satellite LEM<\/li>\n<li>participation in an online transmission with scientists from CBK (the Space Research Center) in Borowiec organised on the Eduscience platform<\/li>\n<li>online observation of the International Space Station (ISS)<\/li>\n<li>sending birthday wishes to celebrate the 15th birthday of the ISS<\/li>\n<li>participating twice in robot design and programming workshops<\/li>\n<li>Mr Stanis\u0142aw - a space happening in the school's locker room<\/li>\n<li>a meeting in the Space Research Center about building a satellite<\/li>\n<li>an online meeting with a project sympathizer who had the opportunity of direct contact with Neil Armstrong - the first man on the moon<\/li>\n<li>receiving professional materials from NASA about space, forwarding it to the school community<\/li>\n<li>development of an application connected with experiments being the aim of the mission<\/li>\n<li>preparing reflectors, testing them, and sticking them on walls<\/li>\n<li>construction work in scientists-students teams in the Space Research Institute<\/li>\n<li>the analysis of materials from a telescope which takes pictures of Earth<\/li>\n<li>participation in the International Day of Human Space Flight<\/li>\n<li>the observation of starts and planets through telescopes, classes and lectures about space<\/li>\n<li>participation in classes about wave optics organised by University of Gda\u0144sk's lecturers<\/li>\n<li>Glob at Night - a star hunt<\/li>\n<li>conducting classes expanding the knowledge in the topic of our project<\/li>\n<li>a flight in the simulator of the F-16 Fighter<\/li>\n<li>a trip to the Space Research Institute in Borowiec - a visit in the observatory, which consists of a laboratory of time and frequency, the laboratory of the Global Navigation Satellite, and a laser station<\/li>\n<li>building a satellite model<\/li>\n<li>checking the retro-reflectors and the tail ejector<\/li>\n<li>a trip to the Space Research Center in Warsaw<\/li>\n<li>performing microbiological tests using tardigrades<\/li>\n<li>balloon testing<\/li>\n<li>building of a satellite model<\/li>\n<li>constant contact with scientists participating in the project and multiple workshops<\/li>\n<li>visits in research institutes<\/li>\n<li>cooperation with the technology company Microsoft<\/li>\n<li>improving and keeping the project website up to date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main aim of the project: finding a solution to the issue of the disposal of waste in space and promoting Polish education worldwide. Expanding the knowledge and competences of junior high school students so as so be able to build a satellite and its launch to orbit. The satellite will play the pioneering role in the attempts of the deorbitation system. An attempt to slow the satellite down using an uncomplicated tool - the tail. \"Mr Stanis\u0142aw\" is a path-breaking project in the branch of \"waste disposal,\" which is testing the method of disposing waste from the orbit.<\/p>\n<p>Specific objectives:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>expanding students' knowledge and key abilities in the areas of wave optics, astronomy and popular-scientific knowledge about space<\/li>\n<li>implementing applications essential to the computer handling of the project with the help of Microsoft<\/li>\n<li>developing students' passion for conducting experiments: while building the satellite prototype, balloon tests to lift the satellite and tests with polarized prisms and polariser film<\/li>\n<li>giving students the opportunity, using Microsoft tools, to have direct contact with the science crew of the Space Research Center in the form of individual meetings and teleconferences<\/li>\n<li>participation in didactic-practical-research trips with the aim of constructing the satellite and the perusal of the specifics of lasers<\/li>\n<li>expanding student's knowledge about tardigrades (model microorganisms used in astrobiological research) and conducting the balloon experiment using them<\/li>\n<li>the analysis of the issue of waste in space<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div data-accordion class=\"ut-accordion-module-item\"><h3 data-control class=\"ut-accordion-module-heading\" data-counter=\"2\">Description of the project - second edition<\/h3><div data-content class=\"ut-accordion-module-content\"><div class=\"ut-accordion-module-inner entry-content clearfix\"><strong>\"Mr Stanis\u0142aw - School in Space\"<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Od wrzesnia 2016 do\u00a0 grudnia 2019 roku czternastka uczni\u00f3w Gimnazjum nr 1 w L\u0119borku (obecnie Szko\u0142a Podstawowa w L\u0119borku) bra\u0142a udzia\u0142 w II edycji szkolnego projektu popularyzuj\u0105cego wiedz\u0119 o Kosmosie \u201cPan Stanis\u0142aw czyli szko\u0142a w Kosmosie\u201d autorstwa i koordynacji Anny Rzepy i Barbary Cie\u015blak przy wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy nauczycieli Gimnazjum nr 1, oraz naukowc\u00f3w, instytucji, fundacji, podmiot\u00f3w prywatnych oraz przyjaci\u00f3\u0142 m\u0142odzie\u017cy.<\/p>\n<p>It is worth to notice that the project is a continuation of the first edition from 2013, which was carried out with students born in the year 2000. The project received multiple awards and was presented on national and international conferences.<\/p>\n<p>Elementy projektu zwi\u0105zane z popularyzacj\u0105 wiedzy o kosmosie,\u00a0 namierzaniem satelity PW SAT 2 oraz misj\u0105 w habitacie kosmicznym i oraz promocj\u0105 tej misji w ESA realizowane by\u0142y we wsp\u00f3\u0142pracy z uczniami III LO w Gdyni. Dodatkowo uczniowie obydwu szk\u00f3\u0142 mieli mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 spotkania si\u0119 na warsztatach z zespo\u0142em PW SAT 2 w Warszawie.<\/p>\n<p>II edycja projektu ze wzgl\u0119du na specyfik\u0119, zwi\u0105zan\u0105 z faktem, \u017ce zosta\u0142 stworzony na potrzeby kr\u0119cenia filmu dokumentalnego \u201cNieletni in\u017cynierowie\u201d\u00a0 firmy Mediolia,\u00a0 zosta\u0142a podzielony na dwie sekcje;<\/p>\n<p><strong>a) the popular - scientific, which includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A simulation of the moon mission \"Youth for the Moon\u201d in the habitat Lunares.
